Simon started his Estate Agency career back in 2005 working in our New Milton office, where he gained a wealth of local knowledge and found a passion for helping people buy and sell properties.
He had a "sabbatical" for a few years where he became a qualified mortgage & protection broker, which enabled him to keep in touch with the property market during that time, whilst also learning new valuable skills.
Simon is passionate about offering great customer service and really enjoys finding people their perfect home!
Chris is a founding Partner of Pettengells and has been operating in the Estate Agency industry locally between Christchurch and New Milton since 1984. He is a qualified (non practising) buildings surveyor and a Fellow member of the National Association of Estate Agents. Born in Lymington he has lived in the Highcliffe Village with his family since 1996
Adrian has worked as an Estate Agent since 1985 in the local property market, including New Milton, Highcliffe and the Bournemouth area. Adrian is also a member of the National Association of Estate Agents. He has lived all his life in Highcliffe, having attended the local schools and still resides with his family in the Village.
Caroline is our experienced Sales Coordinator and administrator. With a wealth of experience in client liaison and customer care, Caroline joined Pettengells in 2004 when she moved to Highcliffe with her family.
Polly grew up in Highcliffe and has an in-depth knowledge of
the local area. After gaining valuable experience at a local estate agency, she
joined Pettengells in 2024. With a passion for property and a commitment to
providing excellent customer service, Polly is dedicated to helping clients
find their ideal home in the community.
