New Milton Office

Kevin has been an Estate Agent locally since the late 1980’s and has gained huge experience working for both independent and larger corporate agencies. In 1994 Kevin joined forces with Chris Lane from Pettegells Highcliffe to open our New Milton office. Since then Kevin has been a ‘hands on’ Resident Partner helping Pettengells New Milton become one of the most successful Estate Agents offices in the whole area, selling over 3000 properties since opening. Kevin’s main role is valuing and taking on properties and he is arguably the most experienced Valuer currently working in the New Milton area. He lives in Barton On Sea and has two children.

Matthew has worked together with Kevin Swanney for over 25 years and his main role currently is as a Office Manager. Matthew’s enthusiasm and extensive knowledge of the business makes him a valuable member of the team and he also runs our Sales Progression Department i.e. ensuring that agreed sales go through successfully.

Scott is one of Pettengells selling negotiators and has been a valued member of the team for 8 years. Scott has a proactive approach to selling and liaising with clients with a vast degree of expertise in the business and local market. Scott also has extensive knowledge of the local area, schools and amenities having lived here many years. Scott lives in New Milton and has one daughter. In his spare time Scott enjoys socialising with friends and family, music and cars.

Jack is an enthusiastic estate agent who has recently joined the team, bringing fresh energy and a keen eye for detail. Known for his friendly approach and strong communication skills, Jack is committed to building relationships and achieving the best outcomes for his clients. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf and going on walks with his dog. With Jack on your side, you can expect a dedicated advocate in your home search!

Stuart joined Pettengells as a Trainee Negotiator in 1998 at the tender age of 17! He has lived in the area all his life, giving him an unrivalled and in-depth knowledge of the area. Stuart leads our team of Negotiators and in his best years has personally sold over 150 properties in a year, which is more than most Estate Agents offices sell in total! He lives close by in Milford on Sea with his three children.

Jo is a dedicated estate agent with over 12 years of experience at Pettengells. Known for her warm personality and keen marketing skills, she excels at helping clients find their dream homes and make the right move. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, three children, and their dog.

Jordan is a knowledgeable estate agent with 5 years of experience in the property market. With her warm personality and sharp marketing skills, she excels at helping clients find their dream homes and make the right move. When she's not at work, you can find her at the gym and spending time with her friends and family.
