Kevin has been an Estate Agent locally since the late 1980âs and has gained huge experience working for both independent and larger corporate agencies. In 1994 Kevin joined forces with Chris Lane from Pettegells Highcliffe to open our New Milton office. Since then Kevin has been a âhands onâ Resident Partner helping Pettengells New Milton become one of the most successful Estate Agents offices in the whole area, selling over 3000 properties since opening. Kevinâs main role is valuing and taking on properties and he is arguably the most experienced Valuer currently working in the New Milton area. He lives in Barton On Sea and has two children.
Matthew has worked together with Kevin Swanney for over 25 years and his main role currently is as a Office Manager. Matthewâs enthusiasm and extensive knowledge of the business makes him a valuable member of the team and he also runs our Sales Progression Department i.e. ensuring that agreed sales go through successfully.
